Throughout their training, the learner is followed through exchanges of emails, sending exercises and corrections.

- Creation, modification and deletion of slides.

- Drawing and external objects to PowerPoint (automatic forms, image libraries, etc.).

- Create, edit, and delete an organizational chart, flowchart, or schematic.

ON THE PROGRAM

Module 1: Introduction to PowerPoint Software

– Familiarize yourself with PowerPoint.

– Finding your way around the screen: toolbar, status bar, menus, ruler.

– Enter text.

– Add a slide and insert an image.

– Explore and choose a model.

– The different display modes: slide, sorter, slideshow.

– View a slideshow and print the presentation.

 

Module 2: Creating Slides

– Edit existing slides.

– Delete, insert, move, duplicate, hide slides.

– Insert objects from different sources into the same document.

– Make slides for a presentation.

– Slide layout.

– Entering structured text in outline mode.

– The slide mode:

  • Editing text objects and formatting
  • Choosing an automatic layout

 

Module 3: Drawing and Exterior Objects in PowerPoint

– Automatic shapes (drawing a shape, modifying formats and positioning and aligning, ordering, grouping objects)

– Use Microsoft's image libraries.

– Insert graphs, organizational charts, tables...

– Insert an object: WordArt, Excel or Word.

– Develop diagrams: text boxes, shapes, etc.

– Positioning, aligning and distributing the different objects.

 

Module 4: Creating an Organizational Chart, a Flowchart, a Diagram

– Insert an organizational chart.

– Drawing a flowchart: use the text box or shapes.

– Align and distribute objects.

– Use the connectors – Link the boxes without the connectors.

– Project and comment on an organizational chart.

– Hypertext links.
