Day 1:
Day 1: Training in the fundamentals of Lean Sustainability®, Understanding
- Identify the 8 wastes in your tertiary activity.
- Master the 5S approach by planning and carrying out a genuine sustainable 5S worksite.
- Practical experience in our branches.
- Draft and plan an A3 project.
Day 2
- Deploy visual performance management with its team rituals and indicators.
- Building and using dynamic planning.
- Putting visual management tools into practice in our branches.
- Discover and structure the short problem-solving loop.
Day 3:
- Analyse the different Lean Durable® management methods.
- Measure the role and impact of management in a Lean Durable® approach.
- Giving meaning to actions, knowing how to prepare teams to anticipate change by preparing an effective communication plan.
- Office standards.
- Bringing key processes under control by implementing Lean Durable® audits.
- Leading a VA/DA (added value/added expenditure) performance project.
Day 4:
- Know how to diagnose your activity using the SIPOC (Supplier Input Process Output Customer).
- Carry out a Swimlane to optimise a key process in your department.
Day 5:
- Build a project management room (OBEYA) to manage department projects.
- Know how to use simple problem-solving tools by applying Lean tools.
- Understanding the problem-solving clinic applied to tertiary activities.
Day 6:
- QCM of 50 questions + presentation of a simple A3 project carried out in the company.
