Day 1:

  • Integrate the main principles of continuous improvement (learning through
    and the link between Lean and CSR
  • Understand the global approach of Sustainable Lean and the 5 axes of the Lean Manager

Jour 2 :

  • Identify the right management indicators and lead a team based on Visual

  • Bring the equipment in the model factory under control to make it

 

Day 5:

  • Practical application of a real-world production problem-solving scenario (5 Whys, QQOQCCP, etc.)
  • Understanding the overall management system (reference framework) with practical application
  • Understanding managerial attitudes to support change (communication plan).

Day 6:

  • Methodological coaching to choose and write your progress plan (A3 project).

 

Day 7:

  • Assessment and defence: 50-question MCQ + defence of a simple Lean project carried out in the company.
