– Understand the global approach to Sustainable Lean and the 5 axes of the Lean Manager.
– Master your territory with the 5S, standard work and the versatility matrix (Axis 1 of the Lean Manager).
– Know how to look for the 8 wastes in the field (Axis 2 of the Lean Manager).
Day 2: Managing and driving the performance of your sector
– Identify the right management indicators and lead a team based on Visual Performance Management (Axes 2 and 3 of the Lean Manager).
– Delegate and encourage the resolution of simple problems within a team (Axis 4 of the Lean Manager).
– Frame and plan improvements with the A3 Project (Axis 5 of the Lean Manager).
– Develop the field posture and the audit of standards as a wedge for improvement (Axis 5 of the Lean Manager).
Day 3: Carry out a flow diagnosis and optimize a process
– Appropriation of Lean tools for optimizing flows regardless of the sector: Takt time, waste and pull flow.
– Know how to build a current map to support a flow diagnosis.
Day 4: Start a DMAIC Project
– Understanding of the value of the DMAIC methodology.
– Appropriation of the first phases of the project and associated tools: project mandate, Voice of the Customer, Ishikawa.
Day 5: Conduct data-driven analysis
– Appropriation of the intermediate phases of the project and associated tools: 5 whys, Cause Tree, Pareto, Interest/Feasibility Diagram.
– Understand managerial attitudes to support change (communication plan).
