Session 2: 24 hours
Six Sigma: Data Analysis and Modeling
– Mastering advanced Six Sigma statistical tools:
- Master the advanced statistics tools of Six Sigma:- Appropriate the statistical fundamentals to move from data to analysis
- Implementation of hypothesis tests adapted to the context of use
- Go further in the use of indicators thanks to statistics (confirmation of gains before/after, reduction of variation, measurement of the capability of a process)
Session 3 : 26 hours
Deploy improvement actions in relation to the defined strategy
- Understand the needs of a Lean Six Sigma sponsor
- Know how to support a leader on Lean Six Sigma themes
- Know the key success factors of a Sustainable Lean approach
- Study of examples of the deployment of a Lean approach
- Deepen the role and posture of the Black Belt
- Structure a Sustainable Lean management system aligned with the company's key challenges
- Identify the stages of declination of the strategy into indicators and innovation and improvement projects and know how to lead them with a CODIR.
- Implement the governance, management and communication of the implementation of a strategy at all levels of the company
