– Finding your way around the screen: toolbar, status bar, menus, ruler.

– Analyze the basic concepts of a spreadsheet.

– Organize your tables in the binders.

– Insert, delete, move a sheet inside a binder.

– Set up formulas and automate them.

– Manage cells: entering, writing and copying formulas, modification.

 

Module 2: Making Tables with Simple Calculations

– The automatic sum.

– Construction of calculation formulas with operators.

– Copying of formulas.

– Copy and move cells.

– Incremented series.

– Tools to help with data entry.

 

Module 3: Creating and Editing Simple Graphics

– Generate graphs from tables.

– Choice of x-axis, y-axis.

– Modify the presentation.

– Add text.

– Cell selection.

– Insert a chart as an object near the table.

– 3D graphics and 3D view.

– Add or remove series.

– Print the graph, table, graph and table.

 

Module 4: Formatting and Layout

– Row and column management.
