This training is intended for all management staff, from team leaders to senior executives at the highest hierarchical level.

how ?

Interactive animation through indoor exercises on photos and videos. Role-plays are also used to practice the communication techniques necessary to put into practice the Behavioral Safety Visits.
The last day is largely devoted to practical exercises taking place "in the field", in real situations with employees at work.
