ON THE PROGRAM

Session 1: 3 days

  • Train in the fundamentals of Sustainable® Lean.
  • Look for the 8 wastes and master the 5S.
  • Build A3 projects and use a dynamic schedule.
  • Understand the managerial aspects of Sustainable® Lean (giving meaning, managing change,
    etc.).

 

Session 2: 2 days + 1 half day

  • Structure an operational approach to Visual Performance Management.
    Performance.
  • Understand the different types of flows associated with Sustainable® Lean and know how to analyze a Value Stream Mapping.

  • Implement Strategic Lean.

 

Session 3: 3 days

  • To size and balance an ergonomic, safe and efficient production line.

  • Lead a VA/DA site and build the standard work.

Session 4: 3 days

  • Analyze customer needs and plan production: PIC, PDP, FIFO smoothing, sequencer.

  • Deploy Sustainable® Lean within tertiary activities.
